A 50% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due on arrival. We take Visa, Mastercard, JCB, bank transfer, GCash and Maya. Rates are in Philippine pesos and include the 12% VAT and the 10% service charge. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Inside 14 days, one night is charged. Inside 72 hours, or on a no-show, the full stay is charged. Peak dates — 20 December to 5 January, and Holy Week — carry a 30 days window instead. Date changes made in the free window cost nothing.

Hiraya Cove is fiction, built to demonstrate Ely. The people, the rates, the reservations, the conversations, the performance figures: every number on these screens is illustrative demo data. The numbers agree with each other, but this is not a real business, and these are not anybody’s real numbers.
